TABLE SELECTION

Now you know what cards to play and how to play them. Its time to chose a table to play at. you could just chose any table and put your strategies to work or  you could take a minute and find out which tables will be the most profitable. When you look in the lobby of an online poker site you can see statistics of all kinds of things from this you can work out which tables have fish at and which have sharks. it's best to keep away from the sharks. It doesn't  take long to work out the best tables to sit or you can get Online Poker Tools to do this for you.

How to work out the best tables. in the lobby you will see statistics based on how the table is playing different statistics tell us different things lets see how they can help in our crusade for an ever increasing bankroll.

Average Pot Size

This shows us how much action the table is getting. Your best to look for the highest pot size as that is where we will win the most money. When the average pot size is big it means people are calling bets which means there is probably a lot of fish at the table. So at these tables follow the good card list and when you hit raise a good amount to stop the fish calling for draws. you will beat a fish about 3 out of 4 times so their is good money to be made when sitting with fish.

Average Number Of Hands

When this number is high it means that the players on the table are calling most of the hands they are dealt which therefore means they are calling with trash hands. So if you play using the list you will only be playing strong hands and chances are they will have trash.

Tight or loose

You need to choose your style of play Tight style or Loose style.  do this before you join the table.

Loose Style. If you want to play loose then go for the table with the tight players low Averages. so you can pick up many of the small uncontested pots.

Tight Style play the high averages and stick to the good cards and you will do well. you will pick up some big pots here just take your time and don't play trash if your fairly new to the game then use the strategies you have learnt here you will be amazed at hoew easy you take their money. don't get bored waiting for good cards read strategies while waiting for good cards or play a lower limit and play 2 tables at once.

Time Of Play

A second Factor which can be profitable is time of play. Many Online Poke Players will be playing for fun not as a career so that means if we time our play in conjunction with the time the casual players participate we can avoid a lot of the sharks and sit down with the fishies.

The average working time table is between 9 am and 5 pm so most amateurs will be workers so therefore the best time to maximise our chances of making money would be to start playing after 6pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends. also people love to play poker after having a drink and this also makes them very bad players very loose and bluffs a lot. so after the pubs close on a weekend is also a good time to play.

DONT FORGET TO TAKE NUMBER OF PLAYERS TO THE TABLES AVERAGES.
